Man accused of Millinocket murder pleads not guilty

A man accused of murdering a Millinocket man in December pleaded not guilty Friday.
Tony Locklear is facing charges of murder, robbery and elevated aggravated assault.
He and two others are accused of breaking into a home in Millinocket and attacking the couple living there.
Wayne Lapierre, 59, was killed in the attack. His wife, Diem Lapierre, was seriously injured.
Locklear was on the run for months before he was arrested in Alabama extradited back to Maine.
He is being held at the Penobscot County Jail without bail.
